Why I Started Running:

I was fat and needed to be skinny and do epic shit! Actually that is exactly why I started. Lose weight or die.

My Favorite Moments / Biggest Accomplishments:

First is the birth of my 3 kids. Being a husband and a Dad is number one. Then I would move on to the ironman Lake Placid finish. Favorite moment was becoming a Dad. I guess you get the picture. Seriously though it has been 15 months since I started and it has been one epic thing after another.

Future Goals:

To become a badass triathlete who will end up in Kona sooner than later. To lose 60 more lbs and average 20+ mph on the lake Placid bike course. Mainly to be the best husband and father I can be with all this training. To achieve balance and keep it that way.
